While serving as District Artist for the Willows Dramaturgy Company, she founded the Willows Theatre Conservatory for the Performance Arts. Ms. Genise served in that its Conservatory Director for unite years in addition to enhancing Casting Director for the Willows.

Before moving to Ashland clobber her current position with Authority, she spent two years owing to Education Director at The Marin Theatre Company.
